CLEARVISION PRIVATE CABLE
TERMS OF SERVICE

By subscribing to Clearvision Private Cable services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
### 1. SERVICE PROVISION
Clearvision Private Cable ("Company") agrees to provide cable television and internet services as outlined in your selected service package. Service availability and quality may vary based on location, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
### 2. SERVICE CALLS AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Service calls are provided at no additional charge for issues that are the responsibility of Clearvision Private Cable, including equipment malfunctions, signal problems originating from our infrastructure, and service outages caused by our systems.
**Chargeable Service Calls:** The Company reserves the right to charge service fees for calls related to customer-responsible issues, including but not limited to:
- Replacing remote control batteries
- Rebooting or resetting customer equipment
- Reconnecting wires or cables disconnected by the customer
- Setting up or configuring new television sets
- Connecting new devices to Wi-Fi networks
- Addressing issues caused by customer modifications or misuse of equipment
Service call fees will be communicated at the time of scheduling or may be assessed after the technician determines the cause of the issue.
### 3. EQUIPMENT OWNERSHIP AND RETURN
All equipment provided by Clearvision Private Cable, including but not limited to cable boxes, modems, routers, remotes, and cabling, remains the sole property of the Company. Upon termination of service for any reason, customers must return all Company equipment within 30 days in good working condition, normal wear and tear excepted. Failure to return equipment may result in charges for unreturned items at their full replacement value.
### 4. BILLING AND PAYMENT
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Payment methods include check, automatic bank draft, and credit card. **Credit card payments may be subject to an additional processing fee.** Customers will be notified of any applicable fees before processing.
**Late Payments:** Invoices unpaid for more than 30 days are considered delinquent and may be subject to late fees as permitted by law. Continued non-payment may result in service disconnection and additional reconnection fees. The Company reserves the right to pursue collection of outstanding balances.
### 5. INTERNET USAGE POLICY
Internet service must comply with the Company's Acceptable Use Policy and normal usage standards. Excessive bandwidth consumption, illegal activities, network abuse, or usage that negatively impacts other customers may result in service limitations, additional charges, or termination of service.
### 6. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION
The Company reserves the right to modify service offerings, pricing, and terms with appropriate notice to customers. Either party may terminate service with proper notification as outlined in your service agreement. Early termination may be subject to fees as specified in your contract.
### 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Clearvision Private Cable shall not be liable for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, or third-party infrastructure failures. The Company's liability is limited to service credits or refunds for outages attributable to Company error, as determined at our sole discretion.
### 8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers agree to:
- Provide safe access to equipment installation locations
- Maintain customer-owned equipment and home wiring
- Notify the Company of service address changes
- Use services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Prevent unauthorized access to or use of services
### 9. PRIVACY
The Company collects and maintains customer information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Service usage data may be monitored to ensure network integrity and compliance with these terms.
### 10. AGREEMENT MODIFICATIONS
Clearvision Private Cable reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Customers will be notified of material changes via billing statement, email, or posted notice. Continued use of services after notification constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
### 11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which services are provided.
